    The following error may appear when using
    `pycairo <https://pycairo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/>`_.
    This module is usually not directly used but through
    :epkg:`matplotlib`.

    ::

        cannot load library '..\bin\libcairo-2.dll': error 0xc1
        cannot load library 'libcairo.so.2': error 0x7e
        cannot load library 'libcairo.2.dylib': error 0x7e
        cannot load library 'libcairo-2.dll': error 0xc1

    I was able to solved the issue by installing the
    latest version of `Graphviz <https://graphviz.org/>`_
    (2.44) which can be found here:
    `www2.graphviz.org/...
    <https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/stable/windows/10/cmake/Release/Win32/>`_.
