    Small extension needed by `pycrypto <https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pycrypto>`_
    and Windows. I `forked <https://github.com/sdpython/winrandom>`_ and I applied
    a couple of modifications (types, exceptions, module declaration)
    to build it for Python 3.5.
